Service Level Agreements: highly experienced in formulating and executing SLAs in the agency-client relationship.

People

In-house sales team: 4+ years experience in managing a small team (5) of account managers and executives. Role involved setting overall and individual targets, recruitment, training and appraisal.

Agents: 4+ years experience in managing agents in non-UK markets such as Australia, South Africa, China and USA.

Agencies: 4+ years experience in managing agency partners in markets such as Italy, India and Russia.

Project Teams: 2+ years experience in managing project teams within an agency environment providing pr, marketing, communications and event services.
